All-Inclusive Program

The contract for All-Inclusive program can be signed at 36-37 weeks gestation with singleton pregnancy after approval of your doctor of choice.
Prior to signing the contract the following procedures are required: consultation of OBGYN; ultrasound.

Services included:

  • Flat price for vaginal and Cesarean deliveries;
  • In-patient treatment for Mother and baby within 3 days after vaginal delivery and 6 days after Cesarean delivery;
  • Birth Plus Agreement (free insurance covering unforeseen medical expenses: NICU (up to 300 hours);
  • Secondary care for preterm babies (up to 15 days);
  • Autoblood draw and autologous blood reinfusion;
  • All lab tests (excluding molecular genetic testing) and instrumental tests;
  • All medications except Curosurf and Anti D;
  • CT, MRI, X-Ray
  • Surgery interventions upon medical necessity;
  • Histologic study of placenta;
  • Neonatal screening for baby;
  • One group consultation with a psychologist;
  • Up to 7 days of hospital admission and treatment within 8 weeks after delivery in case of postpartum complications.

Limitations: multiple pregnancy, congenital malformations of the fetus, placenta previa, placenta increta, uterine scar after over three Cesarean deliveries, HIV status, malignant conditions.

Corporate and insurance customers are not eligible for this program.

List of Medical Services included in Labor & Delivery

  1. In-patient medical care in the intensive care unit up to 72 hours. Laboratory and functional tests are included during the first 12 hours of stay in the intensive care unit.
  2. Breastfeeding support provided by a postpartum unit midwife.
  3. Lab and functional testing during in-patient care: 1 clinical blood analysis; 1 comprehensive standard hemostasis examination; 1 general urinalysis; 1 pelvic ultrasound; 1 breast ultrasound, or 1 thyroid ultrasound, or 1 urinary system ultrasound; 1 duplex angioscaning of the upper/lower extremities.
  4. One theme of the main course in the School for Moms within 56 days after delivery.
  5. Hep B and tuberculosis vaccination for newborn(s) (in absence of counter-indications and with the patient’s consent).
  6. Out-patient examination by an OBGYN and conduction of pelvic organs ultrasound within 56 days after delivery.
  7. Unlimited examinations-consultations of doctors in the postpartum department (in addition to the attending physician).
  8. In-patient care in the NICU (up to 300 hours) and/or in the special care nursery for newborns (up to 15 days), in case of singleton pregnancy, when baby is delivered at 37 weeks+ gestation age (on medical grounds and if proscribed by the OBGYN).
  9. In case of medical necessity: hospitalization on the eve of the expected cesarean operation / delivery (after 6 p.m.).
  10. Administration of pain medication during labor and delivery on medical grounds and with patient’s consent.
  11. Autologous blood sampling, hardware reinfusion of autologous red blood cells (in case of medical necessity, OBGYN group 4 only).
  12. Conduction of histological examination of the placenta and/or post-surgery material (OBGYN group 4 only).
  13. Radiology diagnostic (CT, MRI, X-ray) for patient/newborn(s) (in case of medical necessity).
  14. Additional surgical procedures for the patient (in case of medical necessity).
  15. Drug treatment for patient/newborn(s) including expensive drugs from the list of additional paid ones, except for Curosurf.
  16. Up to 7 days of hospital admission and treatment within 8 weeks after delivery in case of postpartum complications. Except for: treatment of lactostasis, mastitis, hemorrhoids, thrombophlebitis, acute venous thrombosis of the lower Vena cava system.
